JOB DESCRIPTION:
Facilitate programs for the Training, using experiential methodologies for community and businesses in the Denver metro area. Interface with clients to develop curriculum around goals and outcomes. Assist in securing clients for training center programs. Participate in the vision of the training center.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in experiential education or related field or commensurate experience. Minimum 5 years experience in developing and facilitating experiential workshops for large and small groups. Colorado drivers license Current BLS from American Heart Association and First Aid certification Prefer Wilderness First Responder .

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years of experience.
