If you are a former employee who is returning to Exempla Healthcare, welcome back!
We’ve made some changes for the better.
If you are rehired within six months from your date of separation, we will establish
an adjusted date of hire that gives you credit for your prior service with us. This
adjusted date of hire will be used to determine your PLT or EIT accrual rates, service,
and severance eligibility. In addition, your EIT balance on record as of your separation
will be restored.
As a returning employee, you’ll also be glad to know that retirement contributions
have been increased! Additionally, merit increases for those who meet specific performance
criteria have increased. Be sure to ask about our new performance appraisal program
and merit increases given on an annual basis.
Also, enhanced compensation programs are now available with improved differentials
for the float pool and specialty float pool, full-time and part-time non-benefited
positions, the weekend plan, select certifications and BSN/MSN education (for select
positions).
