JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides a variety of secretarial and clerical functions for the OR. Promotes mission, vision, and values of ESJH and Exempla Healthcare. Actively fulfills Best in the Nation goals. Incorporates division protocols for specific patient populations in planning practice and documentation per ESJH report card." Schedule appointments and maintain calendar appointments for Director/Manager. Retrieve and distribute department mail. Arrange essential mail in priority action order for Director/Manager. Prepare all department meetings including: catering, room reservations, invitations, agendas, minutes, proper number of needed handouts, and assist Director/Manager with follow-up and action items. Handle all telephone and e-mail inquiries within your capacity. Maintain confidentiality with all ESJH and departmental information. Screen visitors to control interruptions. Assist Director with data retrieval. Maintain department supplies. Assist with maintaining project deadlines. Assist with all copy and fax needs for Director/Manager/Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a high-energy, detail-oriented self-starter who is able provide support to a complex service line. Excellent time management skills and work accuracy are required. Customer-service focus is a “must”.

Requires:

-High school diploma or GED.
-3-5 years experience providing admin support at the Director level.
-Demonstrated proficiency in MS office suite at “expert” level, creating, editing and merging reports and documentation.
-Proficiency in Viso Application – developing workflow diagrams, process charts etc.
-Oustanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact with clinical staff and patients in compassionate, professional manner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Five (5) years experience providing support to multiple leaders
- Familiarity with process improvement activities
- Healthcare experience a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Respond to all in-coming calls to the CCC in a positive and effective manner. Page overhead per Exempla Healthcare Policies & Procedures. Page staff and physicians on individual pagers as needed and per procedures. Learn to monitoring various alarms and respond accordingly per policy. Train to respond to emergency telephone calls per policy procedures. Learn to prioritize all emergency calls. Train to activate pagers per the emergency requirement: timely and correctly. Record and log all emergency calls. Prepares reports as needed. Ability to clearly and correctly overhead page announcements as directed. Must be able to send out emails per policies: timely and correctly. Record and log all long distance calls.

This position is working Tuesday through Friday 11:00am-7:30pm, 32 hours per week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous work experience in a customer service related area.
Proficiency in office software applications
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to compose information documents required for written documentation of certain events.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good grammar, typing and spelling.
Must be able to work well under pressure

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Medical Staff Development is responsible for establishing short- and long-term strategies for medical staff development, assessing opportunities to recruit new physicians, oversees the physician contracting process and works in close collaboration with Graduate Medical Education. Other duties consist of enhancing communication between community physicians and hospital specialists, and other physician partners. Acts as a key resource for information, and monitors needs and responds to concerns of physicians.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA/MHA or equivalent degree, 5-7 years experience in related area (i.e. marketing, strategic planning, finance and business development) within a complex health care organization.
Experience in physician recruiting and relations.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent leadership skills including group facilitation skills and political dynamics and team leadership.
Strong industry understanding and awareness.
Strong analytical skills as evidenced by ability to develop analytic frameworks and conceptual models for various planning activities.
Ability to plan, prioritize and execute under short time frames.
Significant skill in communicating with and relating to physicians
Highly motivated and results oriented.
Requires an understanding of medical practices, JCAHO standards.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for working our client services accounts. Required to work with employers and TPA groups to collect on balances when their employees are seen by Exempla for Pre-employment Physicials, Blood/Alcohol Testing, Drug Screens and any other services we are contracted to provide. Since are sales team sets up these contracts with employer groups this position is required to work along side our sales team to resolve outstanding issue, discrepancies and any other issues the employer or TPA groups may have in order to collect maximum reimbursement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Expereicne in prior client services billing is a plus.
. 2 years experience in insurance follow-up is required.
. Strong PC skills are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in the healthcare field especially in physician billing.
. Experience with Excel is strongly preferred.
. Customer Service experience preferred.
